"DI" steht wahrscheinlich für "Diplom-Ingenieur" (auch wenn man in Dtd eher "Dipl.-Ing." sieht).

Aber wöfür steht "HR"? Nicht für "Herr", denn ich habe auch schon "Herr HR..." gesehen. Die Person, um die es geht, arbeitet bei einer Landesregierung.
