Explanation: I think the sense is double here: he/she has spent a lot of money and effort on his/her body (bodybuilding) and since Schwarzenegger would appreciate it, he/she should be proud of it even though it has certain drawbacks (clumsiness). "Dyrbar" has this double sense. |

At first I thought it was a sarcastic comment, talking about his/her "beautiful body" when in fact s/he seems down about it, but maybe it does mean just that, and not meant figuratively at all?
