Das Besondere am pickup-Konzept ist: Sie können den Filterbehälter mitsamt dem Filterschwamm einfach von oben herausnehmen. Dabei bleibt die Pumpeneinheit im Becken. Das ist sehr praktisch beim Reinigen oder Auswechseln der Filterpatrone.

 Wasseransaugung von unten.
 Drehbare Ausströmdüse zur Bestimmung der Ausströmrichtung.
 Filterbehälter mit Filterschwamm einfach von oben aus der Pumpeneinheit herausnehmbar.

 Auch Aktivkohlepatronen zur adsorptiven Wasseraufbereitung (z.B. bei Neueinrichtung oder nach Medikamentenbehandlung) können eingesetzt werden.

"...El filtro se fija en el acuario fácilmente con ventosas. Lo especial del concepto pickup es, que usted puede extraer el recipiente filtrante con la esponja fácilmente desde arriba, mientras la unidad de la bomba se queda dentro del acuario. Eso resulta muy práctico, cuando limpia o cambia el cartucho filtrante.
La bomba aspira el agua desde abajo y lo conduce a través de la esponja filtrante hacia arriba. El agua limpia vuelve después al acuario por la boquilla giratoria de salida."
