¿Alguien me puede ayudar con einhalten en esta frase? .El sujeto es Papiere. Si se refiriese a Gehalte, estaría claro, pero con Papiere no acabo de entenderlo.

según yo lo entiendo Papier aparece aquí con dos acepciones distintas, lo que es una conjunción poco feliz, pero espero que mi explicación ayude. Un saludo y suerte
