German term or phrase: Faustrecht
El soldado explica que en Afganistán se van a las manos fácilmente.
Hier gilt ganz klar noch das Faustrecht.

Para mí, sería algo así como la ley del más fuerte.
¿Alguna propuesta mejor?

Faustrecht (Rule of force), legal term in the 16th century for the custom of taking the law into one´s own hands to defend oneself and/or one´s property, and meting out the subsequent punishment. In a historical context, Faustrecht is used in Austria as a synonym for Feud.

Fehde
Feud, a private war in the Middle Ages between two parties, clans or families to settle legal claims. In the late Middle Ages the number of feuds rose dramatically; some 1,440 members of the Austrian nobility feuded with Archduke Friedrich III. King Maximilian I issued the Proclamation of Eternal Peace (Ewiger Landfrieden) in 1495, banning the practice of feuds and making them subject to punishment under the law. After the Austrian Penal Code was enacted, feuds became obsolete.

La expresión jurídicamente correcta es \"derecho del más fuerte\"

Pero siendo el contexto no académico, obviamente las otras opciones van.
