Am 19.02.2013 erfolgt dann die erstmalige Vorstellig im Team der Technischen Orthopädie. Der Patient klagte weiterhin über belastungsabhängige Beschwerden im oberen Sprunggelenk. Diese waren im Stabilschuh mit Zurichtungen etwas besser da er dort nicht so leicht abknickte, aber grundsätzlich waren die Beschwerden nicht wesentlich besser als in knöchehohen orthopädischen Serienschuhen mit Stabilisation des oberen Sprunggelenkes. In der Beurteilung wurde beschrieben, dass durch die geschilderte Problematik, eine Möglichkeit besteht durch orthopädieschuhtechnische Massnahmen die Situation weiter zu verbessern. Allerdings könnten die Schnürungen durch Klettverschlüsse ausgewechselt werden falls das Nackenproblem anhält. Da die Infiltration zu einer 50% Besserung der OSG Schmerzen geführt hatte wurde nochmals eine
Verlauskontrolle im Fuss-Team geplant um zu evaluieren ob eine
Prothese/Arthrodese hilfreich sein könnte. Dann sollte auch ein MRI des

Rückfusses erfolgen.
