Trata-se de uma convenção matrimonial que foi celebrada já depois dos cônjuges terem casado.

Os cônjuges decidiram mais tarde optar pelo regime matrimonial de separação de bens por via contratual. Decidiram também renunciar reciprocamente qualquer tipo de manutenção após o divórcio.

Num dos pontos diz:

"Sollte eine der vorstehenden Vereinbarungen unwirksam sein, sollen die gesetzlichen Regelungen gelten.

Der Wert der Verhandlung beträgt 200.000,00 DM.

Die Kosten dieser Verhandlung trägt X (a esposa)"

Na última frase trata-se da negociação perante o notário. Mas não sei como traduzir "Verhandlung" na outra frase, já que não se trata da negociação em si, mas do dinheiro que os cônjuges têm.
