Unfallhergang: Der Mitarbeiter hatte die Arbeitsaufgabe mit dem Kran und einer Seil-Kettenkombination als Anschlagmittel, Hohlprofile 450x250x14 mm (1500 kg) zu kommisionieren. Er sollte ein Bund mit verschiedenen Abmessungen vom Lagerort an den Kommissionierplatz transportieren, um die Abmessungen dort zu trennen. Das Bund, hatte ein Gesamtgewicht von ca. 3200 kg. Der Mitarbeiter wollte das erste Anschlagmittel an diesem Bund anschlagen und stellte fest, dass dieses noch nicht ausreichend abgesenkt war, um das Bund anzugeschlagen. Zu diesem Zweck versuchte er die Kette hierbei mit dem linken Fuß zu justieren und betätigte dabei gleichzeitig die Funkfernsteuerung. Aufgrund der Verwechselung der Funktionen Heben und Senken sowie der Tatsache, dass sich der Fuß zum Zeitpunkt der Kranbedienung zwischen Anschlagmittel und Last befand, verursachte den Unfall. In dessen Folge erlitt der Mitarbeiter Quetschungen und Schnittwunden am Fuß. Der Notarzt wurde verständigt und der Verunfallte zur medizinischen Versorgung ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Es wurden mehrere Sehnenabrisse und eine Fraktur am Fuß diagnostiziert. Es kommt zu längerer Ausfallzeit.
