Explanation:
"Dreh" è un trucchetto, uno stratagemma. Se il trucchetto è quello di dare un giro alla ventosa, forse ci vuole qualcosa di più esplicito tipo: "Un giro alla ventosa - ecco il trucco." Non trovo niente in italiano con il medesimo doppio senso.
"Hält nicht. Gibt's nicht" è una variante del "geht nicht, gibt's nicht" (per noi nulla è imossibile) attualmente di modo nel linguaggio pubblicitario. Quindi qualcosa come "Non tiene? Ma quando mai!".

Suppongo che si tratti di pubblicità per una ventosa con un congegno da girare per farla tenere meglio. Una volta applicato il trucchetto, impossibile che non tenga.
