Io interpreto ogni frase come una sorta di comparazione fra i due sintagmi (si parla infatti dei compiti di una manager che si divide tra azienda e famiglia). Ciò che non capisco, però, è il significato di "verbauen". Trovo infatti "chiudere, bloccare, sbarrare con una costruzione", ma se così fosse sarebbe esattamente il contrario di "sviluppare nuovi mercati".

Qualcuno è in grado di chiarirmi le idee?

visto che alterna lavoro e casa, penso che qui intenda dire che fa costruzioni con i lego con i bambini?

è interessante la similitudine fra le capacità "manageriali" e quelle "parentali"

- "costruire" - sviluppare nuovi mercati
- costruire con i mattoncini Lego

- fare da guida (tenere per mano) ai collaboratori
- "tenere per mano" i bambini
