Die Arbeit selbst ist gemäss heutigem Wissensstand nach dessen Abnahme im Jahr 1973 verschollen. Die Ölskizze ist erfreulicherweise erhalten und heute in Privatbesitz. Eine schwarz/weiss-Fotografie zeigt die Innenansicht mit Blick zum Chor hin.


Secondo voi, che cosa si intende qui per "Abnahme"?

Ciao Christel, questa è la frase precedente: Ein geeignetes Beispiel dafür ist das Madonnenbild (1903) im Seitenaltar in der Kirche Walenstadt. Prima ancora c'è una citazione in lingua italiana.
