Kommen derzeit bei durchflusszytometrischen Untersuchungen routinemδίig 4Fachfδrbungen zum Einsatz wobei genau die prozentuelle Verteilung und Fδrbeintensitδt jeder Subpopulation beliebig bestimmt werden kann, so stehen die Auswertemethoden der Immunhistologie noch immer am Stand der Technik von vor zwanzig Jahren und es werden in der όberwiegenden Mehrzahl Mittel, wie ein Kreuz-, zwei Kreuzpositive Zellen, verwendet, um die visuell ermittelten Resultate auszudrόcken.

Συνήθως η εξέταση με θετικούς σταυρούς χρησιμοποιείται στα «στικ ούρων», εφαρμόζεται όμως και αλλού. Πιστεύω πως οι σταυροί στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση θα χαρακτηρίζουν την ένταση της χρώσης των μεμονωμένων κυττάρων.
