Je n'ai pas trouvé d'occurrence pour "perche aux yeux rouges".
Pas de contexte, juste une photo qui montre un banc de petits poissons rouges aux yeux rouges.
Pour info, il s'agit de poissons de l'Atlantique.

Höchstwahrscheinlich, zwei verschiedene Fische, und dort ist ein Tippfehler getreten (in mehreren Internetseiten erschenien "Rotaugen" und "Barsch" zusammen...)
