Bonjour,
je suis en train de traduire un article sur l'écologie en Suisse.
L'auteur déplore notamment la destruction des haies qui permettent entre autres aux rapaces de repérer leurs proies, les petits rongeurs. Voici la phrase qui me pose problème :
« Gerade die Hecken sind ein idealer **Ausblickstandort** für Mäuse-jagende Beutegreifer. »

Ma traduction provisoire : les haies sont un *lieu de guet* idéal pour les rapaces à l'affût de rongeurs, etc.
Ce texte s'adresse au grand public, je me demande néanmoins s'il n'y a pas une expression plus adéquate.
