Il s'agit ici de la description d'une bière. Le seul terme que j'ai trouvé est "barbotage" , " barboter" , mais je n'ai pas trouvé d'utilisation comme qualificatif pour la bière....
Voici la phrase à traduire: Hier trinkt man das ungespundete, mahagonifarbene Bier am liebsten aus Steinkrügen „auf'm Keller“.
voici l'explication de wikipedia pour "ungespundetes Bier":Der Begriff ungespundetes Bier (auch ungespundetes Kellerbier) leitet sich vom sogenannten „Spundloch“ eines Bierfasses ab. Dieses an der Oberseite des Fasses befindliche Loch dient bei Holzfässern während des Gärungsprozesses zum Druckausgleich. Im Fass entsteht durch die Gärung Kohlensäure und damit ein Überdruck, der das Fass bersten lassen würde.
