N'est souvent pas traduit mais cela ne me convainc pas trop. J'avais pensé à "salle à manger rustique" mais c'est pas vraiment la même chose. Bref: des idées?

Asker: Merci mais l'hôtel pour lequel j'effectue cette traduction n'est pas à Arosa. Arvenstübli est en fait quelque chose entre le nom d'un restaurant et un type de restaurant/salle (Arven désignant le type de bois comme le signalent Noé et Michael). Le site que vous citez a choisi de ne pas traduire, ce qui est une option (comme le propose Olivier).
