Wenn's hier um einen dt. AG geht, dann meine ich, dass mit dem Vorsitzenden der Vorstandsvorsitzende gemeint ist. Das entspricht eigentlich dem frz. "PDG". Und der Vorstand ist das "Directoire". Große AG's haben immer mehrere Vorstände, und einer davon ist dann eben der Vorstandsvorsitzende...

Jetzt lese ich gerade, dass es da auch einen Aufsichtsrat gibt. Dann geht's um eine AG, und die hat einen Vorstand und einen Vorstandsvorsitzenden. Das sollte eigentlich so passen.
