Il s'agit du titre d'un article:

Überlegungen zu Gewalt und **Gegengewalt** in menschlichen Beziehungen

Je connais l'expression "La violence engendre la violence" (Gewalt erzeugt Gegengewalt) et je sais que le terme "Gegengewalt" est également employé de façon "positive" dans un contexte politique (Lénine?) mais cela ne m'avance pas vraiment.
