"Ist eine Zurechnungszeit anzurechnen und liegen Lücken im Versicherungsverlauf vor, erfolgt eine Minderung dieser Lücke (Lückenausgleich), bei Renten wegen Todes jedoch nur, wenn innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahre vor Beginn der Zurechnungszeit eine rentenrechtliche Zeit liegt.
Auf diese Weise wird die Beitragsdichte erhöht und damit die Bewertung der Zurechnungszeit und der übrigen beitragsfreien Zeiten verbessert."
