Dans le contexte suivant : "Wird neben einer Rente wegen Erwerbsminderung hinzuverdient, sind Hinzuverdienstgrenzen zu beachten. Werden die Hinzuverdienstgrenzen überschritten, obwohl die Erwerbsminderung weiterhin vorliegt, wird die Rente nur noch anteilig geleistet."

Tout bon dictionnaire vous indiquera qu'anteilig veut dire proportionnel. Je pense que c'est bien le sens
Les jusristes aiment bien les expressions spécifiques. Ici je crois qu'ils utiliseraient plutôt "au prorata de" comme locution adverbiale de préférence à proportionnellement

"wird die Rente nur noch anteilig geleistet" =
"la rente ne serait versée qu'au prorata ..."
