Notes to answerer
Asker: c'était le problème... et j'ai préféré utiliser synovialite qui est l'inflammation de la membrane alors que la synovite est peut-être plus proche voire équivalent de l'épanchement de synovie qui est un gonflement donc une inflammation (moins précis à mon avis)
