Also: En pratique de plus en plus souvent. Anmerkung: Im Deutschen wird "in der Praxis" normalerweise für "in der Realität" gebraucht und verstanden. Würde man die Arztpraxis meinen, so müsste das aus dem weiteren Kontext hervorgehen, z.B. "In deutschen Arztpraxen ereignen sich immer schlimmere Zwischenfälle ... Woran liegt das?" Derartige Einleitungen und Fragen kommen offensichtlich im Text nicht vor.
