agree  Jocelyne Cuenin: Mais je ne dirais pas qu'il s'agit de craquelures (qui pourraient être vues comme un défaut). Plutôt une manière de laisser les gaz s'échapper à la cuisson pour créer une sorte de macrostructure qui « gonfle » bien.
