German term or phrase: Bestimmung
im chemischen Sinne, die Bestimmung eines xxx-Gehaltes in einem Medium. Etwa die Chlorid-Bestimmung.
Ich habe zwei Begriffe, die ich immer wieder finde, die aber beide nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend sind :
Détermination
Dosage
(Dosage findet man sogar in iate und anderen Fundstellen, aber die Bestimmung eines Gehaltes ist keine Dosierung, denn es ist bereits in dem Medium vorhanden)
(Détermination scheint mir eher aus dem Englischen abgeleitet "determination")

agree  Johannes Gleim: "dosage" ist ambivalent. Laut Kucera kann es "Einsatzmenge, Analyse, Untersuchung, Bestimmung, Dosieren und Zumessung heißen. Auch deswegen bevorzuge ich "détermination". Siehe auch http://www.proz.com/kudoz/5087492
