(EN) The invention relates to a system for preparing ***cooling lubricants*** (''milks''), especially their emulsions, with a pump (1) to convey the milk from the tank (2) of a machine tool into a separator (3) of the preparation system, in which there is an equalising container (4) between the pump (1) and the separator (3) with an overflow (5) via which the milk is taken to the separator (3) and whose overflow edge lies above the highest inlet point of the separator.
