De quel type d'hellébore s'agit-il? Certaines hellébores ont le feuillage persistant, d'autres le feuillage caduc. S'il s'agit, par exemple, d'une hellébore au feuillage caduc, je garderais le terme caduc "dont le feuillage est caduc en hiver". Sinon l'autre explication serait que les feuilles se recroquevillent ou se racornissent en hiver.
