Literally: declaration of acceptance of liability The applicant presumably works for Firma xxxx and the card operator wants the company to act as a guarantor in case of card misuse. Before we can process your application, we need Firma xxxx to send us a letter of indemnification / confirming acceptance of liability. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2013-03-20 14:51:26 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ... or "letter of indemnity" as David suggest below. I think they are the same, but "letter of indemnity" seems to google at a higher rate, i.e. ten times more frequent. |
