The document is meant for applicants for a business travel card. The sentence is: "Damit wir Ihren Antrag bearbeiten können, benötigen wir eine Haftungsbeitrittserklärung der Firma xxxx."

Literally: declaration of acceptance of liability

The applicant presumably works for Firma xxxx and the card operator wants the company to act as a guarantor in case of card misuse.

Before we can process your application, we need Firma xxxx to send us a letter of indemnification / confirming acceptance of liability.
