German term or phrase: ausstrahlende Herzensenergie
"Xs Mut und kooperativer Führungsstil, die Essenz aus 44 Jahren Lebens- und Berufserfahrung und seine ***ausstrahlende Herzensenergie*** prägen die Unternehmenskultur seines Hotels, die beispielhaft für zukunftsorientiertes Management und Führung ist."

From a hotel manager's CV. I'm really struggling with "ausstrahlende Herzensenergie". Herzensenergie in particular just doesn't seem to have a translation anywhere, although I'm wondering whether the "Herzen" part is not redundant anyway. Would "charismatic energy" work here, perhaps? TIA for your help.

warm personality / positive energy
Explanation:
Basically the "ausstrahlende Herzensenergie" refers to a palpable warmth, kindness, and a host of other positive qualities this person has. Having been responsible for English translations for a headhunter who also ran a job portal at one time, I would suggest keeping the tone a bit neutral and not too literal, as the CV has to appeal to a lot of different types of potential employers (I would guess - unless the person is looking for a job at a wellness or esoteric-type hotel).

Hope this helps, or spurs your own alternative thoughts.

In Germany CVs are usually requested along with the testimonials, of course, so I was referring to the package of "aussagefähige Bewerbungsunterlagen" - the normal wording for application requests.

"Warm personality" was great - I used that. Positive energy was also very nice. Many thanks for your help - much appreciated. But thanks also to everyone who offered an idea or peer grade comment.

neutral  Craig Meulen: A nice translation, but whether it fits the context? Of course, the same question has to be asked of the original German!

radiant passion

Explanation:
I think Herzensenergie suggests that the person is really putting their heart and soul into something. I think the word "passion" is most descriptive of this. "absolute dedication" also seems good but doesn't catch the meaning of "ausstrahlend" very well

...put his heart and soul into...

Explanation:
The tone of the German sounds more like a glowing reference than a CV, so my idea is to rephrase, and to do with any luck in the same vein. I thought of "put his heart and soul into" BEFORE looking at Carlie's explanation, so I did not steal it (anyway, it is not their actual suggestion)!

For 44 years he put his heart and soul into the running (or management) of his hotel, inspiring all around him with his verve and energy.
If necessary, other positive aspects of his personality implied here, too, such as having the welfare of his employees at heart could be incorporated later on (instead of a stiff kind of HR-speak expression for "Unternehmenskultur" or "Führung")
