German term or phrase: Erklärungsansätze
Erklärungsansätze für Belegungsraten, die - nicht einmal ein Jahr nach der Eröffnung - die Augen jedes Hoteliers zum Glänzen bringen, gibt es genug.

This term is included in the description of a very posh hotel. I'm not quite sure what the correct term for this in English is, can anyone help me?
