ich weiß, es heißt auch Korkengeld im Deutschen und ist eine Gebühr, die ein Caterer oder Hotel/Restaurant erhebt, wenn man selbst zu einer Veranstaltung Weinflaschen usw. mitbringt und möchte, dass die dort ausgeschenkt werden.
Wie heißt es im Englischen?!

I researched this myself now and some say corking, some say corkage ... I presume you can use both. I personally like corkage fee better.
