It's a pun. "Vom Wasser getragen" = you float on the water, the water carries you. "Jemanden auf Händen tragen" = to pamper someone (compare: "to wait upon someone hand and foot")
Perhaps these massage things have strong vertical (upward) water jets that "carry" you?
