German term or phrase: Abfrage der Sprachbox
This is an advertisement for an Austrian mobile phone service provider.
"Ab fünf Firmenhandys um € 0,- untereinander telefonieren", und diese heißt XXX VPN. Zusätzlich kostet die Abfrage der YY Sprachbox € 0.-

Does Abfrage mean order here? Since I've heard had a mobile phone, I'm not sure if the company is providing the actual devices in addition to the connection services.

Thanks everybody. Tough call because Klaus' answer was also right on, but Trudy's worked best for my text.

Just noticed the other part of your question - Yes, \"Ab fünf Firmenhandys um € 0,- untereinander telefonieren\" could sound as if the company was providing the phones free of charge, but I think that\'s highly unlikely. To me, it seems they don\'t charge connection time for calls between those 5 subscribers. The allusion to a VPN (virtual private network, I take it) supports this assumption.
