agree  Martina Burkert: Lungeing (longeing) circle (if it is a circular enclosure) or lungeing arena. I never heard of a lungeing square. And be careful with your reference; I saw some questionable entries at the first glance.

\'lunge\' refers to \'Longierplatz\' and makes no assumption about its shape. (Circular \'lunges\' are also described on the above website as \'lunge-circles\'.)
Martina\'s suggestion of \'lungeing arena\' might be a good alternative.

lungeing ring

Explanation:
I have personally mostly heard of lungeing taking place in a lungeing ring or lungeing yard, sometimes in a lungeing arena.

As others have noted, lungeing arena probably best because it\'s in a more formal marketing context.
