Im zweiten Wärmetauscher rechts umstroömt der heiße Dampf ein Rohr, in dem Heizungswasser zirkuliert. Da dieses kühler ist als der Dampf, verflüssigt sich das Arbeitsmittel und gibt Kondensationswärme ab. Das Hiezungswasser erwärmt sich. Temperatur und Druck des Arbeitsmittels bleiben dabei konstant.
