Note on gender use
Explanation:
You can't leave it out...
Compare with this:

"Note on Gender Use
To avoid using one gender exclusively when referring to both male and female teens, I have used masculine and feminine pronouns throughout the book, recognizing that this choice does not fully reflect gender diversity. I do appreciate and honor the fact that there are teens who identify as transgender or who identify as non-binary. The chapters in this book are intended to be inclusive of diverse gender identities."

Gender-Note
For the sake of readability we often use the masculine form e.g. “he, him, himself".
We always mean all genders in terms of equal treatment. The shortened language form has editorial reasons and is unbiased.

A note on gendered language

Explanation:
"A note on gendered language" specifies that it is about language.
Also, you might want to decide how you're going to proceed to imitate that in the subsequent translation. For example, it has become quite common to use 'they, them, there' for both genders (and that decision could affect how you decide to translate the content of this note).

Explanation:
See Discussion Box.
Not relevant to an EN readership.
The convoluted non-native versions found on existing websites ('gender-note' with a hyphen!) merely serve to confuse.

If you are reluctant to omit, I recommend a rewrite of the section that will make sense in the context of English usage. For example, this nicely phrased extract from a preface to Insolvency Law Corporate and Personal:
https://www.lexisnexis.co.uk/store/__data/assets/pdf_file/00...

Note: We have endeavoured to use gender-neutral language where possible. In the places where we have had to use pronouns, we have attempted to be encompassing by referring to both the masculine and feminine. In situations where the use of both pronouns makes the exposition cumbersome, we have used the masculine pronouns, ‘he’ and ‘his’, with the intention of referring to both male and female.

'Note' rather than 'Gender note', as the purpose is communicated in the content of the text.

Despite the phrasing 'alle Geschlechter', I suspect that the authors of your text are preoccupied with binary grammatical gender (m/f) rather than contemporary issues surrounding gender diversity/fluidity.
