Just for any eventuality : Zönose in English : coenosis is, as I explained when posting my answer, derived from the Greek word
κοινός [koinos] which means "gemeinsam" here: living together in the same habitat.

Ellen Kraus provided the same answer, down below, I just checked. If that information is correct, then Anthropozönose in this context would mean bird/human cohabitation and how it affected the evolutionary pattern and feeding practices of the birds in question. All in all, since we all agreed that it was related to humans and their effect on birds, meaning-wise, it doesn't change the core idea.

Doesn't seem misspelled, and definitely refers to co-existence with humans. The exact definition is, according to Spektrum.de, "Anthropozönose, die direkt auf den Menschen bezogene Lebensgemeinschaft, die außer dem Menschen auch Haustiere, deren Parasiten sowie Zimmerpflanzen u.a. mit dem Menschen lebende Organismen einschließt." Not quite the same as "Anthropocene", as that is a geological term referring to an epoch.
Translation for "zönose" is "ceonosis", so I think the correct term could be "anthropoceonosis", even though it's hard to find (check http://bc.zcdn.edu.pl:8080/Content/1050/Refleksje_4_2013.pdf...

as Demna suggested refers to the epoche we are now living in. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an adjectival form - unless you make one up, like the author did. Anthropocenal/Anthropocenic, which sounds like a nice view - which birds always provide :-), or a view of humanity, which is not so nice.

I think it doesn't relate to any diseases, Anthropogenic/Anthropocene doesn't mean that at all. I believe this article to be about the results/effects of the human activity on those birds' feeding practices.

My first thought was "anthropocoenosis" but this relates to transmitted diseases which is not what this article is about at all
