I don't see an official translation of this on the SAP website (it is not their product). Does anybody know if there is an existing term for this?

ihre Zahlungsabzüge und Kundenkürzungen rasch zu erfassen und zu
bewältigen. Durch die Identifikation der Ursachen für die Entstehung
von Klärungsfällen, die transparente und standardisierte Gestaltung
der Prozesse und das Senken der Durchlaufzeiten eines Klärungsfalls.
Darüber hinaus ermöglicht das Tool die Erzeugung einer effizienten
und aktuellen Reportingstruktur, die sowohl als Frühwarnsystem als
auch als klassisches Auswertungssystem genutzt werden kann. Als
Add-on-Applikation zum SAP R/3-System ist das
Klärungspostenmanagement schnell und flexibel einsetzbar. Unternehmen

SAP gives both "clarification" and "dispute" for "Klärung". Which is the case here?
