German term or phrase: außerordentliche Erteilung
Befähigungsprüfung zur außerordentlichen Erteilung des römischen-katholischen Religionsunterrichtes an Volksschulen

This is from an "Erzbischöfliches Amt für Unterricht und Erziehung" in Austria.

I can see what this means but I can't come up with the correct phrase. "extraordinary delivery of Roman Catholic Religious Instruction" is all I can think of. Is there a better term than this?
