German term or phrase: Kath. Expositur
in a baptismal certificate, the stamp reads "Kath. Expositur" and the signatory is the "Expositus". This is a term used in Bavaria and Austria and the meaning is that of a "outpost" or "branch" of the church. How would I say this in proper English? Thanks in advance.

There are sections dealing with baptism and the office of the filial officiator, which should answer your questions. Or, considering the broad variety of filial churches, it may raise more. :)
