yield up Explanation: Needs do tbe turned round, i.e. the tenant......shall yield up......etc. Yielding up “Yielding up” is the tenant’s obligation to deliver the premises back to the Landlord at the end of the lease. It is a key consideration in entering in to lease: thinking about the process of leaving the premises and the state of repair of the building on leaving.
