Im Kaufvertrag geht es um die Bebauung eines Grundstückes und welche Rechte anderer Grundstücke auf diesem lasten würden. Diese sind auch ins Grundbuch eingetragen.

Das nebenan liegende Grundstück hat ein *Grenzbaurecht*. Der Begriff ist mir nur im Deutschen klar, die englische Fassung wäre nett.

Da steht dann also: Grenzbaurecht für (überdachten Parkplatz)
zugunsten Nachbargrundstück NNNN

Off-topic: Werde demnächst mein Bücherregal um ein Wörterbuch erweitern, brauche die Hilfe aber jetzt schon.

It just seems there is no equivalent, and it has to be descriptive, like: permit/right to build close to the property border or similar
