I am translating a text that is talking about the differences between property ownership, i.e. mortgages, leasehold and freehold properties etc in the UK and in Germany. The sentence is as follows: den einzelnen Personen stehen demgemaess als "Eigentumsform" nur Besitzrechte zu"
