Explanation:
simply stands. I saw brackets also but stands seems to refer more to when these supporting structures are placed at the bottom of the acrylic or other divider in a floor-mounted way. Brackets seems to refer more to when you mount it on a wall for instance, but can also be used for the floor mounted variety.
