seam Explanation: I think this is where the opaque backing sheet and the clear film of these "pockets" are glued together. I would call it simple a "seam". Or maybe binding seam. "The seam at the bottom edge of the pocket prevents the stamp from slipping/moving." or "The bottom edge of the pocket is bound and prevents.....
