English translation: könnte männlich sein

Names (personal, company) / male or female name
German term or phrase: Andrea Hanhart
This name is preceded by Maître, which is a masculine title in French. However, Andrea is an exclusively female name in the U.S. So, I'm perplexed.

This is on a Swiss Romand letter, mostly in French, but containing a little German as well.

Thanks for your help!
