Definitely nothing to do with baby carriers!

It's to do with its "Sitz" when it's being "getragen", or in other words, how it sits when you're wearing it.

I'd be tempted to opt for a slightly looser translation and go for "fits well"/"excellent fit" or similar - I think that's what we'd say in the context!
