Medical - Medical: Instruments / Warranties
German term or phrase: Abschluss
This is a from literature about repairs to medical tools:

Wenn beim Wareneingang keine Verpackung vorhanden ist, bei KV und Abschluss (ausser Garantie / Kulanz) Verp.50138028 verrechnen.

My translation:

If packaging is not available for goods received, packaging used for material No. 50138028 will be estimated and invoiced (except in cases of warranty or goodwill).

Is there a better way to translate this? Is Abschluss when they put the item back in a box for shipping?

What I get out of this is that for items sent in for repair, the company will ship back items that were not sent with proper packaging, with a packaging that is used for one of their part numbers and that it will be estimated for the amount of that packaging and this will show up on the final invoice.
