Bei https://www.springermedizin.de/emedpedia/braun-falcos-dermat... habe ich die Definition von indifferent und different in diesem Zusammenhang gefunden (indifferent: Therapie mit dermatologischen Grundlagen; different: Einsatz von Arzneistoffen in Grundlagen), aber ich kann kein englisches Äquivalent finden.

Any ideas, anyone? Wie immer, sehr dankbar für Eure Hilfe!

The "differente" is a bit trickier, it means a topical pharmaceutical with an active ingredient, in the EU also called "active substance", but I like "ingredient" better and there are also plenty of references supporting that.
