omit it Explanation: "Eingeschmolzen" here refers to the process of pulpa necrosis , spreading bacteria into root canals, causing inflammation, thus the tissue at the root apex disintegrates and is being replaced by granulation tissue (apical granuloma). I would argue that there´s a similar English expression for "eingeschmolzen" in this context and may suggest to omit "entzündlich eingeschmolzene". Having said that though, one finds terms like "decomposing" or "disintegrating" regarding the genesis of a radicular cyst. It doesn´t make sense though to point it out imho. 1. http://www.der-verlag.at/zmt/374-0-ZMT1110_S6_odontogenezyst... 2. http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/dental granu... 3. http://www.med-college.de/de/wiki/artikel.php?id=476&lan=2 |
